We further place an extremely high value on the well being of our number one, most valuable, resource-our teammates. We firmly believe
individuals perform at their best when they are both comfortable and encouraged to balance work with play. We want you to work hard
and be able to relax and play hard as well.

Laughter, random group outings, playing Wii in our game room, playing a game of fetch wtih Arto, Casey or Lexie (the office dogs), or a
quick skate session on our warehouse skateboard ramp are all completely acceptable. Shorts and a t-shirt make you feel more relaxed
than long sleeves and tie? Then we like 'em too! What matters is that you find work challenging, fun, and engaging-so that you actually
look forward to Mondays, not dread them.
